| Said to be the theme for many 2007 weddings,
this cake is generously layered with a white or dark Belgian
chocolate ganache and topped with marzipan. The cake is then
glazed with a smooth dark Belgian chocolate ganache. Seasonal
berries cascade down the cake and is topped with a pineapple
incorporating ornately decorated silk butterflies. Other colour
schemes using different fruits and other coloured butterflies
are also available. |
