Croquembouche is a traditional French wedding cake and ideal to serve
as a dessert. Each choux pastry is filled with a Belgian chocolate
mousse and is served with cream or a warm Belgian chocolate sauce which
can be provided.
The tower can be decorated to you own requirements.
