Wedding Cake Design: Meringue Tower
Standing over 3ft high, this tower of individually made meringues looks sensational. This particular tower fed over 100 people as a ‘Pavlova’ dessert, which was served with fresh raspberries and cream and topped with a raspberry coulis. Rose buds have been used to decorate the tower.
The size of the tower can be altered to suit your own requirements.
