Chocolate wedding cakes that capture the imagination

Launched at the 2008 Regional Spring Wedding Show, this cake design was a huge success, particularly with couples getting married abroad and having the reception party on their return. The cake is covered in a white Belgian chocolate ganache and decorated with hand moulded solid chocolate seashells.
