Chocolate wedding cakes that capture the imagination

This contemporary cake design is finished with a smooth white Belgian chocolate ganache. The roses cascading down the cake are handcrafted and dipped into chocolate. The cake is then crowned with 2kg of solid white chocolate hand moulded into the shape of a bride and groom. To incorporate a colour to reflect your own theme, we can match a colour swatch and tip the roses with the colour chosen. Alternatively, a few fresh flowers can be interweaved with the chocolate roses. This design can also be made using dark chocolate.

Why not consider serving your cake as a dessert with seasonal berries and cream, or a fresh fruit coulis.
