Wedding Cake Design: Chocolate Cup Cakes - Tear Drop
A contemporary cup cake tower using ‘tear drop'shaped Belgian
chocolate cups.
Each cup is filled with a flavoured sponge cake of your choice and
topped with a white or dark Belgian chocolate ganache. Each cake is
then individually decorated. We can accommodate your own design ideas,
as well as offering advice regarding other designs to coordinate with
your wedding theme. You can choose to use the top tier of the cake
stand to display a floral arrangement or opt for a 6” round top tier,
design and colour of your choice, which not only gives you something to
cut at the wedding breakfast, but also fulfills your traditional first
duty together as man and wife! The top tier has been topped with a
dome of handcrafted chocolate flowers. The stand can display up to
approximately 100 cup cakes. Any additional cakes can be supplied
directly to the kitchen.
The perspex stand is complementary, and can be displayed using up to 7
tiers. A refundable deposit of £200 is required and is fully refunded
upon the return to Serendipity Cakes the week following the wedding.
The cup cakes can be served as a dessert with seasonal berries and
cream, or a fresh fruit coulis. We can also supply a delicious Belgian
chocolate ganache which can be served warm. Please contact us for
