| This contemporary tower of chocolate, is made from individual shards of white
textured chocolate and makes a spectacular centrepiece. Flowers of your choice
are used for the final decoration. The example shown is a 3 tiered cake. This
design can made to your own specification, for example dark shards of chocolate
or perhaps a mix of dark and white chocolate. |
| Why not consider serving your cake as a dessert with seasonal berries and cream,
or a fresh fruit coulis. We can also supply a delicious Belgian chocolate ganache

ganache and topped with marzipan. |
